HTH Delivery GmbH is a service provider specializing in national and international courier and shipping solutions for private and business customers.

1. Scope of Services

• Coordination of pickup
• Cost optimization of shipping
• Assistance with shipping and customs documentation
• Shipment tracking until delivery

2. Delivery Times

• Delivery times vary depending on destination country and customs clearance.
• Estimated delivery times are non-binding.
• No delivery guarantee is provided.

3. Weight and Volume Calculation

• Correct dimensions and weight must be provided.
• Billing is based on actual or volumetric weight.
• Formula: Length × Width × Height ÷ 5000

4. Pickup

• Free pickup subject to availability.
• Customer may need to deliver shipment to drop-off point.

5. Documentation & Payment

• Advance payment required before shipment.
• Additional charges apply for size/weight changes.
• Payments only via bank transfer.
• Payments are non-refundable once shipment starts.

6. Permitted Shipment Items

• Clothing & textiles
• Books & documents
• Non-perishable food items
• Household goods
• Medicines with valid documents

7. Prohibited Shipment Items

• Weapons
• Batteries & power banks
• Fresh food
• Cash & valuables
• Flammable substances

8. Packaging & Fragile Goods

• Shipments must be securely packed.
• No liability for fragile or self-packed goods.

9. Insurance & Liability

• No insurance included by default.
• No liability for customs delays or force majeure.
• No liability for indirect damages.

10. Shipment Tracking

• Tracking provided by Email or WhatsApp.
• Proof of delivery available after successful delivery.
